I have over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in technical and operational roles. My journey has taken me from laboratory-based analytical positions to project management roles, leading to my current Quality Control (QC) Manager position.

In my current role, I have operational responsibility for all aspects of QC. I lead a department tasked with the release and stability monitoring of medicines intended for human consumption. This role has given me a unique perspective on ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products whilst maintaining a customer-centric mindset.

Throughout my career, I have built a track record of leading successful teams and projects, guiding them from early-phase development to commercialising drug products. I take pride in ensuring compliance with cGMP standards while maintaining a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to work.

My educational background includes an MSc in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Biological Science from the University of Liverpool.
